Shipping costs. Savouré will ship your order of tea and merchandise to anywhere in the continental U.S. for a flat rate of $4.95.
For our customers in the Eugene, Oregon area, we offer an order pick-up option. Simply choose the pick-up shipping option at
checkout, and your order will be waiting at the Salon within 24 hours.
If you live outside the continental U.S., please call us at (541) 242.1010 for shipping costs.

Returns.
We will accept exchanges or returns of merchandise purchased within the previous 30 days.
Please call or e-mail to get approval and mailing instruction for exchange or return.
We regret that we are unable to accept returns of food or tea.
If you are unsure whether or not you will like a particular tea, please buy our sample size first.
